Question by 1901: What’s the difference between baroque architecture and neoclasic architecture.?
I can recognize some differences between the two but I can’t think of any punctual examples. I can easily recognize renaissance architecture apart from the baroque and I was looking for something like “A perfect pearl is renaissance and a deformed pearl is baroque” that could help me explain the difference between baroque and renaissance. Thanks.

Well , basically renaissance and baroque are pretty close to each other in time and in architecture too , that you can find a lot of books mix them together as only one architectural age .
For the neoclassic it’s totally different , neoclassic took only some parts from a lot of ages and put them together and especially the renaissance and baroque , so to define between neoclassic on a side and renaissance and baroque as another side look closer at the building details ,in the neoclassic you’ll find another issues and objects extracted from another ages like the Gothic architecture or even the Roman and Greek architecture , such as a roman or a Greek column with a Gothic banner and some renaissance and baroque statues ,but for the renaissance and baroque they are just pure rough surfaces and pretty much decorations and statues even overrated with no other elements
